Payment methods

Paying for orders becomes easy with convenient and flexible payment methods: payment on delivery (COD / Cash On Delivery), card payment credit, debit card (Visa/Mastercard), payment by domestic ATM card, payment by direct transfer, payment by weston union.
Note: Available payment methods depend on the address of the buyer and the item .

Detailed instructions on how to pay

1.      Payment on delivery (COD /Cash OnDelivery)

Is the easiest way to pay, especially when you are not familiar with online payment methods.

Immediately after receiving the order, We will confirm with you via email, proceed with order fulfillment and delivery within the specified time. We will notify the customer of the shipping cost.

2.      Pay by credit card

On the payment page, the buyer chooses to pay by credit card, the buyer needs to prepare credit card information such as: card number, expiration date, security number ... If the transaction is successful, the buyer will receive a notification. After confirming the order has been placed successfully, We will process the order immediately and deliver within the specified time.

3.    Payment by domestic ATM card

Payment is integrated with the national payment gateway NAPAS, this form of payment accepts ATM cards issued by Vietnamese banks.

Immediately after receiving the order, We will check the payment transaction. If the transaction is successful, We will process the order immediately and deliver within the specified time.

4.      Payment by bank transfer

After you complete the order, the transfer instructions including the seller's bank account will appear, you proceed to pay according to the instructions, when the seller confirms receipt of the money, they also confirm the payment. Receive orders placed and proceed with your order execution.
Note: We can't determine the success or failure of the transaction with this payment method, everything depends on the seller. We are also unable to issue refunds for this transaction, buyers need to contact the seller in the event of a dispute.

5.      Payment by money transfer via Weston Union

After you complete the order, the information on how to pay for the order by Weston Union will appear, you proceed to pay according to the instructions, when the seller confirms receipt of the money, they also confirm the payment. Receive orders placed and proceed with your order execution.
Note: We can't determine the success or failure of the transaction with this payment method, everything depends on the seller. We are also unable to issue refunds for this transaction, buyers need to contact the seller in the event of a dispute.
